Kids Yoga

Join us at Beer Kind Brewery, a family friendly establishment, for Parent’s Day Out! Drop your littles off for an engaging and mindful kids’ yoga class on the patio and head inside to responsibly enjoy a beverage (adult and NA options available). We get it, summers can be long. There’s only so many afternoons we can spend baking in the sun at the playground, watching as our littles run around tirelessly. Shouldn’t there be more activities we can both enjoy? Hang out and relax with your other parent friends with the knowledge your kids are close by and having a good time. Our kids’ yoga classes are always a blast, jam packed with movement, songs, games, stories and poses.
